But a new bistro in Dubai’s Silicon Oasis is well on its way to becoming a beloved local haunt for many.
Introducing Roots Bistro
The company previously did catering and meal plans, but has since acquired its own brick-and-mortar location, though a bit off the beaten track.
The brainchild of chef, Victor Urbina, you can taste the passion in every bite.
The produce is locally sourced – something the team is proud of, is nutritious, and varied. Oh, and it’s friggin delicious.
And it’s brand spanking new.
Victor and his team has worked to create dishes that are healthy alternatives – with plenty of flavour too
Seriously. I’ve been trying to find tasty healthy meals, to some avail – there are some offerings available, however rarely are they vegetarian friendly AND taste good.
But Roots can be both.
There are non-veg dishes like a lightly cooked sea bass, chicken salads, hot pots and more.
But also, vegan lasagne that will satiate any meat-eater
