Elon Musk Has Announced Plans For An Airline That Can Travel From Dubai To London In 29 Minutes
CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk has announced plans for a travel company that can transport passengers from London to Dubai in just 29 minutes.
Musk discussed the space rocket travel on Friday at the 68th International Astronautical Congress in Australia, and shared videos to his Instagram showcasing the plans.
It’s code-name is BFR, and Musk said the cost per seat will be about the same as a full-fare on an economy aircraft.
While it’s purely in planning stages, this would make those long-haul journeys far more manageable.
The rockets would get up to speeds of 27,000kmph
