Estimated completion dates
Because the property is not yet completed, you won’t pay one big lump sum.
Initially you’ll need a deposit of £2,000, followed by 5% of the agreed purchase price, (deposit 1) another 5% of the agreed purchase price 6 months from exchange of contracts, (deposit 2) 5% of the agreed purchase price due 12 months from exchange of contracts, (construction payment 1) 5% of the agreed purchase due 18 months from exchange of contracts (construction payment 2).
