Dubai’s ‘most expensive penthouse’ has been sold for AED102 million this week.
The penthouse is located at One Palm, which is developed by Omniyat Properties.

It was reportedly purchased by a GCC buyer.
The building is set for completion in 2019
The penthouse spans over 29,800sqf, and will have a private pool – as per the buyer’s request.
The previous most expensive penthouse was priced at AED60 million.
