Motor City Is Going To Get A Massive AED8 Billion Upgrade

Motor City is going to undergo a huge upgrade worth AED8 billion, according to Union Properties at CityScape. 

According to the ARN News Centre, the upgrade will add 44 new buildings – both high and low-rise, and more than 150 villas. 

There will be residential, commercial and hospitality and entertainment offerings. 

There will also be a five-tower development called Vertex that will host a five-star hotel.
