Well, that’s what happened when I tried the butter chicken mosas from My Mosa… but then immediately felt bad when I cheated on them with the rich and gooey Nutella Mosa desserts, which may possibly have been even better…
My Mosa is a homegrown Dubai food truck concept that serves up the tiny little puffs. They are lovingly stuffed with a range of fillings (butter chicken for the win!) and in some cases come surrounded with a great oozing dipping sauce.

My Mosa is available on both Deliveroo and Uber Eats, and currently the truck is stationed at the Hangry Hanger, in Al Quoz, which for the summer months is home to a couple of other great local eateries too.
