A New Development Promises Riviera Style Living Between Abu Dhabi And Dubai

A new development at Ghantoot- on the Abu Dhabi-Dubai border is promising riviera-style living, with ranch-like villas, according to reports.

The project is called Riviera of the Emirates, or Sahel Al Emarat, and will offer 293 smaller sized villas.

It’s expected to cost AED2 billion to build – and will be completed by 2021.

The developer, Imkan, is based in Abu Dhabi, and hopes to position the properties as affordable second homes for residents.

It will be made up of three districts, on 370 hectares.
