Pictures: These Homes Shaped Like Space-Ships Are Coming To Dubai

The project by property development group Now Living On Water (NLW) for Dubai will be presented at Cityscape next month. The floating homes were first launched in 2014 and expect completion in 2017. Price varies but the Dubai model, which is 16,000 sq ft of internal space and 520 sq ft outdoors will cost around AED 40m to buy. The home has four bedrooms, entertainment, fitness and a garage all included. We first saw the now these take that to the next level. 

‘The deluxe, organic shaped residence consists of several floors (access by lifts and stairs) and is linked to the land with a car-jetty. The multifunctional residence can be used as (holiday) house and also as business residence in which your clients will feel very welcome.’
