Dubai Nearly Topped The List Of Airbnb’s Most Expensive Cities In The World
Dubai has been ranked in the top three most expensive cities for Airbnb according to a new report.
The Bloomberg World Airbnb Cost Index found Dubai third most expensive in the world after Miami and Boston (respectively) in the United States.
Dubai Airbnb properties average at US$180 per night – with Miami at US$190.
The growth is up 7.1% from 2016 according to the report, while hotel room rates in Dubai decreased 28% to US$175.
Dubai was rated 6th in the 2016 report.
