The Forbes Rich List is a ranking of billionaires around the globe, published by Forbes magazine. The total net worth, which is based on their assets and accounting for any debt, of the billionaire is listed.

We should hardly be surprised to find that 12 billionaires from the UAE made the world’s super rich list this year. Combined their wealth has soared in the last year by almost $2 billion, bringing their combined worth to an estimated $34.1 billion. 

Majid Al Futtaim topped the list of UAE billionaire’s with an estimated wealth of $5 billion, he ranked 270 globally. The founder, owner and president of the Majid Al Futtaim Group which is the leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa, the leisure industry is his greatest source of wealth.

Abdulla bin Ahmad Al Ghurair – $ 4.9 billion dollars

5 Emiratis and 7 Indians doing business here

Abdulla bin Ahmad Al Ghurair & Family ranked second in the UAE with an estimated wealth of $4.9 billion and third was Micky Jagtiani with an estimated worth of $4.4 billion.
