@nikerunning – 12 runners 10 countries 1 epic adventure Last week I had the chance to take part in a 320 km relay race from the top of Mount Hood to its Seaside Coast in Oregon. The race had hills, big hills, trails, pitch blacks, dust and temperature drops. But we broke these barriers as a team and made it to the finish line 27 hours later. Before the race, all 12 of us were strangers and along the course we became a team, a team that built a lifetime experience through the power of running. Representing Lebanon and the Middle East makes me proud 🇱🇧 and this whole experience made my runner’s dreams come true ✨ Incredible team, over the top crew and amazing support – Thank you @nikerunning for such a memorable journey! #dreamcrazier #gomoregetmore #nikerunning #everyrunhasapurpose

A Dream come true and an unforgettable experience! This weekend I had the privilege to represent Lebanon 🇱🇧 at the cross country World Championships in Aarhus, Denmark. It was probably the greatest, the toughest and most brutal race I have ever done or will ever do! It wasn’t only physical. It was mostly mental: a battle between a strong mind and a tired body. “You’re meant to suffer, it’s part of the game” 🔥⚡️ Competing with world class athletes, learning from their experience and spending a memorable experience with my fellow Lebanese teammates made this journey unique in its kind 😍🌟 A big thank you to @lebaneseathletics and to @interlebanon_official for giving me this great opportunity!
