A Teenager Has Been Arrested After He Was Filmed Driving Recklessly And HIT A Pedestrian
A 19-year-old man has been arrested after he was filmed driving dangerously, mounting a traffic island and hitting a pedestrian.
He was driving erratically in wet weather, in Al Shamkha – and the incident was caught on camera.
