A Widely Used Dubai Bank Is Shutting Major Services For Three Days And People Are Not Happy About It
ADCB announced to customers via email that some services will not be available between this coming Saturday 30, September at 4pm until Tuesday 3, October at 8am.
The fact that a major bank is shutting services for three full days is kind of hard to digest (particularly when banking is already a painful experience, especially at the end of the month). The bank is shutting services due to a ‘system enhancement’, so fingers crossed the customer experience is about to significantly improve.
Between the above dates, customers will be unable to transfer funds, deposit or withdraw cash or cheques…

Your credit cards and debit cards will still work
Update: You will be able to withdraw from all ATM’s, although SMS notifications will not be in operation.
