The Address Is Opening ANOTHER New Hotel And It Will Be A Shopaholics’ Dream
The Address Hotels and Resorts are adding a new hotel to their bow, and this one is aimed at providing the ultimate hotel destination for shopaholics.
The new hotel will be located directly across from the Burj Khalifa and linked to Dubai Mall’s Fashion Avenue, where high fashion designers and luxury goods are the standard.
The Address Fashion Avenue will feature 167 rooms, a library, rooftop pool, an art installation in the main lobby, restaurants, a fitness facility and more.
The hotel is being developed by luxury local real estate developer Emaar and will also include one and two bed serviced apartments.Â
