A Man Has Died Following A Sunset Swim At The Ajman Corniche
Police are urging residents to swim safely after a tragic incident at the Ajman corniche on Friday evening.
A rescue team stationed at the beach noticed a swimmer in difficulty. The team reached the man and assisted him to shore where he was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital. However their continued efforts to revive the man failed and he was pronounced dead at Sheikh Khalifa Hospital, Ajman according to reports.
The Ajman Civil Defence urge all beach goers to remain cautious of rough water and high waves.
