A Plea For Medical Bills Turned To An Incredible Anonymous AED480,000 Donation In Dubai

An anonymous businessman answered a plea in a local news outlet and saved the life of a baby born prematurely.

Baby Ethan was just 650 grams when he was born in October 2017 and after being diagnosed with a chronic lung disease, common among extremely premature babies he was placed in a neonatal intensive care unit. 

The family, faced with a crippling medical bill, issued a plea via Gulf News for relief of their hospitable funds, and incredibly, an anonymous businessman intervened and offered to pay the full amount.

This amounted totalled AED481,095.

Mother and father expressed shock and gratitude following the kind act. The donor has extended the offer to facilitate the child’s medical care until Ethan leaves the hosptial.

The donor personally visited Prime Hospital to pay the bill, according to reports.

Baby Ethan is now eating normally and his condition is continually improving.
