Footage Of Protests In Beirut Show The Unity Of The Lebanese People
Viral videos of ongoing protests in Beirut show the incredible unity and optimism that only the Lebanese people can gather- even during a city-wide protest against tax increases. Local reports say that the protests have been ongoing for three days now, with tens of thousands of people taking on the streets of Beirut, Tripoli and Samar Geagea with marches.
But scenes in Beirut aren’t at all like your usual protest: although the common goal is synced, the Lebanese people still managed to add so good ‘ole spirit into the mix.
