A 7-Year-Old Appearing In A UAE Court Has Been Handed Back To His Father
A seven-year-old was referred to a UAE court for causing a car accident.
The child was cycling in the hard shoulder of a motorway, he thenĀ attempted to cross the road in an undesignated area without checking if it was safe to do so, according to a Khaleej Times report.
A car swerved into the opposite lane to avoid the boy, causing an accident with an oncoming vehicle.
The boy is now back in his father’s care in Khor Fakkan, Al SharjahĀ after the court ruled in favour ‘of handing him over to his father.’
