Driving In The City Is Going To Be A Whole Lot More Affordable This Weekend
The announcement we’ve been waiting for: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) have just announced parking will be free throughout the city for the duration of the Islamic New Year holiday.
A change in public transport timings, to cope with the influx of people, was also announced.
All paid parking zones across Dubai will be free on Thursday, everything except multi-level parking lots.
Fees will return on Saturday 23.

“The metro Red Line stations will operate from 05:30am to 1:00am (of the following day),.
The Green Line stations will operate from 05:50am to 1:00am (of the following day).Â
The Express Metro service will be available.
The Dubai tram will be in service during the holiday from 06:30am to 01:00am (of the following day).”
