New Dubai Stats Reveal Just How Many Buildings Per DAY Were Completed During Jan-Sept This Year
New statistics have been released on Dubai construction, and the numbers may shock you.
According to Dubai Statistics, 5,069 buildings were completed in the city in the time between January to September of this year.
That equates to 563 buildings per month.

Around 55% of the buildings were investment villas according to stats
With private villas at 30% and multi-story buildings at 5%.
A monthly breakdown is:
- January of this year was 604 buildings
- February 580 buildings
- March the number reached 819 buildings
- April 812 buildings
- May 607 buildings
- June: 627 buildings
- July was 598
- August was 174
- September was 248
