A Dubai start up through and through, the company was founded by Dubai based Donna Benton, the chairman of the now international company. And after 17 years, Donna has just sold part of the company to Bahrain-headquartered GHF Financial Group. The group just acquired an 85% stake in the discounted lifestyle app.
The exact figure is undisclosed, but Benton confirmed to Dubai Eye that it’s a nine-figure sum.
