Could you even IMAGINE losing a diamond ring worth AED500,000?

Nope, not even worth thinking about.

But it happened to one woman on a France bound flight, which had a layover in Dubai, but fortunately, (and as you might expect in a city like Dubai) there was a happy ending.

A woman flying to France lost her diamond ring worth over AED500,000 (US$150,000)

She was flying to France from Bangkok, according to reports.

The woman was in Dubai Airport’s Duty Free when she noticed the ring was missing, and immediately realised she had left it in her business class seat on the first leg of her journey.

She informed Dubai Police, who rushed to find the ring before he next flight, but with no luck. The woman was allegedly in tears and a state of shock when she boarded the next leg of her journey.

But all was not lost.

On the return leg of her journey, from France to Bangkok via DXB, Dubai Airport authorities presented her with the lost ring, which had been located in the meantime.

SHOOK.
