The Dubai Police Emergency Services Reach 90% Of Accidents In Under 12 Minutes

Dubai Police respond to 90% of emergencies in 11 mins and 27 seconds.

The considerable achievement was noted by Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, commander-in-chief of Dubai Police in which he commended the General Department of Operations for the Dubai Police.

The team have a non-emergency response time of under 15 minutes according to a report in the Khaleej Times.

A public reporting system made a big difference

A unique Smart Accident Reporting Service which allows the public to handle small accidents without the need of a police presence can be attributed to the impressive response time according to the Major General.
