Simply take this report released by local real estate marketplace Propertyfinder.ae which states rent in Dubai is averaging 21% lower than it was two years ago.
21%…take that landlord!
Rent is 5% cheaper now that it was in the first half of 2019 year, according to the bi-annual report which shows a detailed analysis of Dubai’s real estate climate.
