Rent is 5% cheaper now that it was in the first half of 2019 year, according to the bi-annual report which shows a detailed analysis of Dubai’s real estate climate.

Home-owners who rent DO have options

Rent has dropped because of the oversupply of new homes, however, there is a way to navigate the market, according to the report. Short-term rental options are big business in the UAE and PropertyFinder compiled a report detailing a number of ways owners can navigate the market.
