Panic Over: Shorter Hours DO NOT Apply For Dubai Private Schools
Sorry teachers, better luck next year.
Following news reported last week that school times would reduce due to the heat, parents of students at private schools need not look for alternative care just yet.
Last week, the Ministry of Education tweeted that public schools’ class hours would go from 45 minutes to 40, allowing students time to move from one class to the other and school would finish one hour earlier than usual scheduling.
However, this does NOT apply to private schools.
Private schools, which follow various international syllabi, will not follow suit according to teachers from a number of schools.
