Dubai Is One Of The Top Three Candidates For Most Diverse City In The World

According to the World Migration Report, Dubai is one of the most diverse cities in the world.

Along with Toronto and Brussels, Dubai makes the list due to the massive number of residents here that were born abroad. 80% of residents here were born elsewhere, which is a larger number than anywhere else in the world.

But a post from the World Economic Forum asks how do you define diversity….

1. Dubai with an 80% foreign workforce

2. Toronto with over 200 ethnic groups

3. Brussels where 60% of the population is foreign born

…However you define it, the city of Dubai is proud to be a tolerant and culturally diverse city

Last year the government launched a tolerance charter initiative, the city is supportive of peace and welcoming to all nationalities and religions.
