Each year, millions of people across the globe take part in Earth Hour, a movement which asks you to switch off your lights for one hour to show support to protecting the environment and combatting climate change.

Earth Hour took place on Saturday at 8.30pm, and while many famous landmarks and brands got in on the movement, it was the actions of the people that made the marked difference.
