It’s Official – Electronic Devices Are BANNED On UAE Flights To The US

Emirates Airlines has confirmed the new regulations for travelling to the United States – where passengers will not be allowed to carry electronic devices onto the plane. 

Any device bigger than a mobile phone will be required to be checked in (mobile phones will still be permitted). 

The news was leaked on Monday night, but airlines were unable to confirm the news until now. 

Emirates has since confirmed the regulations are being implemented by the United States’ authority the TSA

Airlines flying from 10 airports in eight countries – including DXB and AUH airports – will be prohibited from bringing electronic devices into the cabin.
