The Employee Satisfaction Rates In Government Agencies Are ‘Unacceptable’ According To HH Sheikh Mohammed
The results of employee satisfaction reports in government agencies have shown unacceptable rates in some quarters, according to the Ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE tweeted – in response to reports regarding 40 federal government agencies – that satisfaction rates as low as 39% are unacceptable and is implementing a six-month deadline to resolve the matter.
HH Sheikh Mohammed stated that employee satisfaction is key to customer satisfaction, and the government’s most expensive capital is its employees.
