The List Of Most Expensive Cities To See In The New Year Is Out And Dubai’s Spot Is Not Surprising

With many areas of the city giving you views of the NYE fireworks, this report pretty much explains why Dubai has topped the rankings as the most expensive city to see in the new year.

Conducted by the currency exchange firm Travelex, the survey sees the following cities on the top five spots.

1. Dubai

2. New York

3. London

4. Amsterdam

5. Sydney

According to a report in Gulf News, this the second year in a row that Dubai has topped the list. The average cost of celebrating NYE in the city is AED 2,240 per person. In New York it is AED 1,850 per person, in London it is AED 1,435 per person while in Paris, Amsterdam and Sydney it is AED 1,170, AED 995 and AED 950 per person.
