The World’s Smallest ‘Portable Mosque’ Has Launched In The Burj Al Arab And It’s Seriously Lavish
It’s one of those ‘why did nobody ever think of this before moments?’, because OF COURSE it would be handy to have your own portable mosque for those observing prayer times.
But since it’s Dubai, and since the Thursday launch happened at the Burj Al Arab, you can rest assured this is no ordinary portable mosque.
Produced by the Amber Palm group, the company used the extremely rare and expensive Amber gem to create the $1 million dollar specialised project.
The construction of each portable mosque can take between four and five hours
The mosque on show had space for maximum two people to pray at a time, but depending on the buyer’s requirements, each mosque can be customized.
Members of the royal family, government officials and citizens attended the launch.
