The Former Heaviest Woman In The World Is Feeding Herself For The First Time In 25 Years

The woman who was formally the heaviest woman in the world is now able to feed herself – for the first time in 25 years. 

Eman Ahmed is an Egyptian national who previously weighed in excess of 500kg. 

She received a gastric bypass surgery in Mumbai, India before being transported to Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi for further treatment. 

The 36-year-old has lost more than 330kg in the process and is now able to feed herself. 

Ahmed is reported to be in good health.
