Four Boys Tragically Drowned In A Pond On The Weekend
Four young boys drowned on the weekend while playing on a family farm in Abu Dhabi’s Al Bahia.
The four boys, two aged 12, one aged 11 and one 10-year-old were playing near the pond that is used to raise fish, when the boys reportedly fell into the 1.5m deep pond.
The police were called on Monday evening after residents found out the boys had fallen into the pond, and were quickly on sight.
Divers retrieved the boys’ bodies from the pond, and received emergency medical care but they were unable to be resuscitated, and died at the hospital.
