A gang in Dubai used two of their members to rob a company for AED200,000 using a shocking method – they splashed a 38-year-old Indian employee at the company by using water spiked with chilli and were able to walk away with the money, according to Gulf Today.
These two men are 34-year-old Asian man and another 37-year-old man who were arrested and sentenced for a year after the money heist that took place in the Meena Bazaar area.
Third accomplice was not looped in
With the help of a driver, the two men splashed the Indian employee who was carrying the money in a plastic bag, who immediately felt a “burning” effect in his face and eyes – causing him to lose sight temporarily.
Apparently the 30-year-old driver was handed AED150,000 unknowingly to him that the money was just stolen.
