The World’s First Nature-Inspired Mall Is Coming To Dubai And It’s Going To Be Extraordinary

A new mall is coming to the UAE in 2018 and it’s going to be garden themed.

The huge 1.1 million square metre nature-inspired space is being created from the guys who brought us Miracle Gardens and Butterfly Garden, so you can bet the design is going to be pretty extraordinary.

30% of the mall has already been leased; Carrefour will be the resident hypermarket, while VOX cinemas will provide the movie entertainment.

The mall is being build at a cost of AED 1.2 billion and will feature 350 outlets.

A green mall

The mall will have a ‘central park’ with devoted green areas, open plan restaurants and garden terraces. 

It will be located opposite global village and the expected completion date is 2018.
