Dubai Has Appeared On An Important Global Ranking For The First Time Ever
The Global Power City Index is an analysis of the power of major cities to attract talent, and for the first time ever, Dubai made the scoreboards.
The index evaluates major cities various functions including economy, cultural interaction, livability, environment and accessibility.
This is the tenth year the survey has taken place and Dubai (23rd) along with Buenos Aires (40th) both featured for the first time.
