UAE has always provided assistance to USA, one of its closest allies, whenever required and especially in the cases of natural disaster.

Which is why in the wake of Hurricane Irma, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, ordered a dispatch of aircraft to help evacuate Emiratis from Florida before Hurricane Irma could hit the place.

The order also included providing for all the needs of the UAE citizens in Florida

His official handle also tweeted the helpline numbers of UAE embassy in the US

Hurricane Irma has already left a trail of destruction in the Carribean Islands, following which, under the orders of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, UAE ordered an emergency airlift of relief supplies worth AED712,500 to Haiti.
