Around 5000 Dubai Police Officers Have Been Promoted As Per The Directive Of HH Sheikh Mohammed
As a token of gratitude for their incredible service, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai gave promotions to 4910 officers, non-commissioned officers and members of staff of the Dubai Police.
This amazing directive includes the following promotions: five policemen to the rank of Major General, 13 to the rank of Brigadier, 41 to the rank of Colonel, 33 to the rank of commander, 40 to the rank of Major, 111 to the rank of Captain, 153 to the rank of First Lieutenant and 154 to the rank of Lieutenant.
As per the WAM report, Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police expressed immense gratitude to HH Sheikh Mohammed for his decision and said that this reflects our ruler’s support for the police and its employees.
He further commented on how this gesture will encourage the Dubai Police force to perform their national duties with gusto that will further ensure Dubai’s overall safety and security.
HH Sheikh Mohammed’s generosity and unconditional support to the Dubai police is truly remarkable.
