The Civil Defence Is Going To Start Training Housewives On Ways To Combat Fires

Housewives are, no shocker, the first line of defence when it comes to  home fires so probably the most effective way to reduce these fires is to train them properly on how to prevent them.

This is why Abu Dhabi’s Civil Defence has announced the launch of a training courses for housewives

This course will train housewives with the types of fires and ways of combating them.

Sixty-six per cent of the fires across the UAE in 2016 occurred in homes and the main reasons for them, according to the Civil Defence, is poor awareness of the causes of fire and then not knowing how to limit its spread.
