A Husband Threw Acid On His Wife And Her Boyfriend As They Made Love In A Sharjah Apartment

A man was arrested while attempting to flee the UAE following a horrendous crime.

The 30-year-old Sri Lankan man is accused of throwing acid on his wife and her ‘boyfriend’ when they were making love, according to a report in the Khaleej Times.

Both women and boyfriend suffered facial and body burns and were admitted to the intensive care unit at a nearby hospital.

The husband had been monitoring his wife’s movements

The husband returned from a solo holiday to his home country following suspicions his wife was with another man, according to the report.

He followed their movements to a Sharjah apartment and found the pair making love, he then threw acid on both parties.

Police, CID officers and an ambulance arrived at the scene and a probe by the CID lead to the the quick arrest of the accused at Sharjah airport.
