The Revolutionary Ultra-Fast UAE Cargospeed Will Cost The Price Of Trucking Transport

The Cargospeed was unveiled on the QE2 at Dubai Port on Saturday and the international media took notice.

Announced by Hyperloop ONE and DP World, the launch was attended by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and Sir Richard Branson and the incredible multi-purpose transport system promises to deliver goods anywhere in the world in just 48 hours, and eventually revolutionise cargo and passenger transport globally.

The system aims to develop first in Saudi, UAE and India (from Mumbai to Pune)

Using only small amounts of electricity, it will be one of the most energy advanced transport systems in the world.

At 1000 km/h transporting high-priority, time-sensitive goods including fresh food, medical supplies, electronics and more

It won’t cost a fortune

‘And it will change the future of freight transport’

A route from Mumbai to Pune would cut a 2.5 hour drive to just 25 minutes

It will take between two and three years to build the demo track and complete construction is expected to take between five and seven years.

A plan which would bring thousands of jobs to the region and major relief to one of India’s busiest roads.

“The Pune-Mumbai route is an ideal first corridor as part of a national hyperloop network that will dramatically reduce travel times between most of India’s major cities to under two hours.

I believe Virgin Hyperloop One could have the same impact upon India in the 21st century as trains did in the 20th century. The Pune-Mumbai route is an ideal first corridor as part of a national hyperloop network.”
