More Than 20,000 Jobs Are Being Created For Emiratis Thanks To An Initiative By HH Sheikh Mohammed
HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced that 20,000 jobs will be created for Emiratis in several fields.
Careers in banking, aviation, telecommunications, insurance and real estate sectors will come up in an increasing number, in the next THREE years.
The initiative has even received an AED300 million funding to start, just for trainings to take place.

18,000 Emirati graduates will be trained to prepare them to join the workplace
The incredible gesture is part of the initiative to improve the Emiratisation in the country.
HH Sheikh Mohammed announced the news, in a series of tweets, stating that part of VAT revenues are also going to train and employ 8,000 Emiratis in different sectors.

Laws have been amended to make sure that benefits and pensions among Emirati citizens are equal

The above can be applied to those working in the government and private sectors. Furthermore, HH announced that more and more government sector jobs will be given to Emiratis.
