WATCH: The Incredible New Theatre In Habtoor City Is Nearly Complete And It Looks Seriously Slick

Earlier this year we heard La Perle by Dragone was coming to Dubai and we knew it was nearly time to get excited.

The aquatic theatre is a permanent show featuring a one-of-a-kind aquatic-arena filled with 2.7 million litres of water, 1,300 seats and will include acrobats, dancers and contortionists.

Khalaf Al Habtoor, the Dubai business man behind the build (and the entire Habtoor city) toured the venue today

Performers will dive into the water-filled stage from a height of 25 metres and fly around the auditorium on high-powered winches at a speed 15 km/ph.
