A Man Who Allegedly Sexually Abused And Murdered An 11-Year-Old Has Been Arrested

A man has been arrested in relation to the sexual abuse and murder of an 11-year-old boy in Abu Dhabi. 

The boy’s body was found on a rooftop last week, named as Azan Majid Janjua. 

The boy was reportedly sexually abused and suffocated. 

The Pakistani national has been detained by Abu Dhabi Police in relation to the matter, after he reportedly confessed to the crime.
