A Man Cleared From Charges After Surprise Kissing His Employee At The Dubai Metro

After being acquitted from molestation charges by the Dubai Court of First Instance, the 33-year-old Filipino man walked away free after attempting to surprise kiss his female colleague. 

The woman, a 24-year-old Filipina, confirmed that the man was her supervisor at work and he attempted to kiss her at the Dubai metro. 

He bought her a present

The incident happened back in December, after the Filipino man insinuated that he had a gift waiting for her when they meet at the Al Rashidiyah metro station. 

He then proceeded to tell the Filipina to close her eyes, placed a hair clip on her hair and attempted to kiss her. 

The 33-year-old apologised after being rejected by the woman, however, she headed to the police station to file a complaint about him .
