There’s Going To Be A MEGABEACH Development With Las Vegas Hotels In Dubai
A new development featuring two prominent Las Vegas hotels has been announced in Dubai, at Jumeirah Beach – near the Burj Al Arab.
The entertainment destination will host MGM hotel and residence and a Bellagio hotel, containing a total of 1,000 rooms and 10 villas.
There will also be a 500,000sqft theatre, a range of restaurants, museums, a major beach club and adventure zones for both adults and children.
The area will span across 2,000,000sqft
The development will start later this year, and is expected to take around four years to complete
It will be developed by Wasl Hospitality and Leisure, and MGM will advise on the project
President of MGM Resorts, Bill Hornbuckle said: “We are excited and honoured by the opportunity to introduce our brands in one of the world’s fastest-growing tourist destinations. This marks the first time we will offer multiple MGM luxury brands at a prime beachfront location.”
