Minor Convicts In Abu Dhabi Won’t Be Sent To Jail But Police Have A Genius New Way To Track Them
Abu Dhabi Police have come up with a brilliant way to monitor minor offenders, but the new measure might take some getting used to.
An electronic monitoring system will be used to track offenders, rather than the traditional jail time. The system will be rolled out in Abu Dhabi in coordination with the Judiciary Department.
This means, an electronic bracelet will be placed on offenders which will track their geographical locations, which will be restricted. Convicts will be monitored 24 hours a day.
