Committed Dubai Residents Were Up Since 4am To Watch Miss Philippines Being Crowned Miss Universe
The world watched with bated breath as Miss Philippines, Catriona Gray and Miss South Africa, Tamaryn Green, waited for the final judgement.
But Filipinos across the world can now celebrate as drumroll please… Catriona Gray was announced the winner of Miss Universe over 93 contestants!
