A new Ikea has just been announced and it’s coming to Jebel Ali!
Just 10 minutes from Dubai Marina/JLT, this is Dubai’s second Ikea and the UAE’s third, and it promises to be a more convenient alternative than the Festival City branch for Dubai South residents.
The reasonably priced Swedish home furnishing store will be located within a new complex dubbed Festival Plaza, touted as Dubai South’s Community Lifestyle Mall, it will also feature an Ace Hardware and LuLu Hypermarket.
Ikea will soon have locations at opposite ends of Dubai: Festival City Mall and Festival Plaza…. Confusing nah?!
Larger than its UAE siblings, the Festival Plaza Ikea is expected to be a whopping 30,000 square metres in size
