Number Plate Madness: You Need An AED25,000 Deposit To Participate In The Next RTA Auction

Next Saturday, September 30 marks the 96th public auction by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and those interested can register from today.

80 plates in total will be available at auction which will take plate at the Business Bay located JW Marriott Marquis Hotel.

Unique plates with three, four and five digits will be available under codes F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, and T, according to the RTA.

It’s not cheap

Bidders must deposit a security cheque worth AED25,000 and AED120 participation fee.
